data deletion

You can delete your heydiyo account, operated by Soft Signal Apps LTD, and the data stored in the app through Telegram or by email. this action cannot be undone.

  1. send hesabımı sil to heydiyo on telegram.
  2. confirm the deletion by typing VERİLERİMİ SİL when heydiyo prompts you for confirmation.

if you prefer email, send your request to destek@heydiyo.com and include the phone number used for your heydiyo account. to protect your account, we may need to verify your identity or account ownership.

your verified request will be completed within 30 days at the latest. your profile, goals, safety preferences, meals, and message data in the app will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

billing, payment, refund, fraud prevention, security, and dispute records may be retained for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations or protect rights. data outside this exception is deleted.

Records retained independently by Telegram, Stripe, and other third-party providers are not directly deleted through this process. these records are subject to the relevant provider’s privacy policy and legal retention obligations.
