with heydiyo, you can:

• submit requests through photos, messages, voice recordings, or documents
• use additional features based on your subscription plan

the scope of the service may vary depending on your subscription plan, technical capabilities, and features offered over time.

heydiyo is not a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, or healthcare institution.

heydiyo does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, disease management, medication recommendations, emergency health support, or professional dietitian services.

responses provided by heydiyo are for general information and personal support. these responses should not be considered sufficient on their own for you to make a health decision.

if any of the following apply to you, you should consult a doctor, dietitian, or appropriate healthcare professional before using heydiyo:

• pregnancy or breastfeeding
• diabetes
• kidney, liver, heart, or blood pressure conditions
• a history of eating disorders
• severe allergies or food intolerance
• regular medication use
• a chronic condition
• conditions requiring a special medical diet

if you have an urgent health problem, you should immediately contact emergency health services or healthcare professionals instead of using heydiyo.

heydiyo does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, health improvement, or any particular outcome.

heydiyo may use artificial intelligence-powered systems.

responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain information that is incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or not fully suitable for your circumstances. therefore, you should not make important health, nutrition, or lifestyle decisions based only on heydiyo’s responses.

heydiyo is designed for users aged 18 and over.

if you are under 18, you should not use heydiyo without the consent of your parent or legal representative.

you are responsible for sharing accurate, current, and non-misleading information when using heydiyo.

you should evaluate heydiyo’s recommendations in light of your own health, needs, and professional advice.

you may not use heydiyo for:

• unlawful activities
• conduct that violates the rights of others
• sharing misleading, false, or harmful content
• misusing the system, sending spam, or putting security at risk
• sharing another person’s data without permission
• using the service for reverse engineering, automated misuse, or unauthorized access

if you use the service in violation of these rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service.

heydiyo operates through Telegram. therefore, rules, technical limitations, and terms of service set by Telegram may also apply when you use the service.

when you start using heydiyo, you may receive service messages, responses, plan notifications, reminders, and information about your subscription status through telegram.

you can start the confirmation process to delete your account and stored data by typing “hesabımı sil”.

some heydiyo features may require a paid subscription.

when you start a paid subscription, you accept the price, period, and renewal terms shown on the purchase screen. Stripe Checkout may require you to confirm your acceptance of these terms before payment is completed.

unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the subscription may renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled.

subscription fees, period information, payment method, and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen.

the currency of the displayed price and any applicable taxes are stated before payment. unless you cancel your subscription, the fee for the relevant period may be charged through Stripe.

soft Signal Apps LTD does not store all of your payment information; payment is securely processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. Stripe’s privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) and service terms may also apply to the payment transaction.

when you cancel your subscription, it will not renew for the next period. you can continue using the service until the end of your current subscription period.

cancellation does not create an automatic right to a refund for fees from past periods.

your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain reserved.

we do not guarantee that heydiyo will operate without interruption, without errors, or be available at all times.

temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, changes to telegram/meta infrastructure, payment provider issues, internet outages, disruptions to artificial intelligence services, or force majeure.

we may change heydiyo’s features, subscription plans, prices, usage limits, or technical infrastructure over time.

we try to inform users through reasonable means when there are significant changes.

heydiyo’s brand, logo, design, software, text, interface, content, and all other intellectual property elements belong to Soft Signal Apps LTD or the relevant licensors.

using heydiyo does not give you ownership rights in these elements.

heydiyo aims to provide support on nutrition and lifestyle matters, but it does not guarantee that its recommendations will be suitable, accurate, or complete for every user.

you are responsible for decisions you make based on heydiyo’s responses.

to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, incorrect health-related decisions, or issues arising from third-party services that may result from use of the service.

if you violate these terms, the privacy policy, telegram rules, or the service’s security rules, we may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the service.

these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. however, as a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under the law of the country where you habitually reside. nothing in these terms limits your right to bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

we may update these terms of use when necessary. we always publish the current text on this page.
